First step

Check the internet is still connected to your system

Check out our Knowledge Base for step-by-step guides on reconnecting your system to the internet as well as handy information about your system that may enable to you resolve your issue yourself.

Complete a system reboot

For most systems, you are able to do a system shutdown/restart as per the Shutdown Procedure. If applicable, this can be found in your meterboard enclosure or on the inverter itself.
